Local manufacturing company looking for an HR Assistant to add to their team! This position would report to the HR Manager. Responsible for performing duties and providing support for multiple HR functions such as payroll back up, employment laws, coordinating temporary employee requests and tracking, and manage new hire onboarding orientation process and paperwork. Knowledge of staffing & recruiting helping to develop a pool of qualified candidates while helping to conduct interviews, references and background screens will be needed.
