Henry General Contractors, Inc. is searching for an experienced Office Administrator. Experience in the government construction industry would be a plus.

Duties include: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Human Resources, Payroll, Management of Government Contract Procedures, and Monitoring of Subcontractor Paperwork with Job Specific Related Documents.

● Individual must be very organized, detail orientated, resourceful, and able to prioritize work.
● Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with individuals to include fellow employees, government personnel, subcontractors and suppliers.
● Must demonstrate understanding and management of government contracts, company and subcontractor’s requirements, and office procedures.
● Must have the ability to appropriately handle sensitive or confidential information.
● Must meet deadlines, and concentrate on detail in a fast paced work environment.
● Experience in oundations; a Construction Accounting Software would be a plus. Candidate must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, and Excel.
