Local Growing Private Security Company based in Springfield, MA looking for Full Time Permanent Sales person.

The Account Manager is accountable for day-to-day operations of all assigned accounts. You will Build, improve and maintain relationships with clients.

You will be coordinating needed support services and solve problems to effectively manage accounts. This will also entail meeting and/or exceeding financial & operational goals while providing quality customer service first.

You will be expected to provide after-hour emergency response as required.

Cold Calling & Networking to create & Implement marketing techniques. Establish schedule for special events and

Participate in day to day business functions.

If asked, you will Serve on various committees, task forces and programs that contract security companies to promote and gain new business.

You must be able to work independently, have excellent customer service skills and be easily accessible to customers.

The ability to make effective decisions in a timely manner under changing conditions, be emotionally stable and remain thoughtful and calm under pressure.

Position based out of main corporate office and requires the ability to work in a fast paced, multi-faceted environment.

You will ensure the client site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property as you build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both client and our security officers.

Coordinating necessary support services and effectively managing client sites to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service are crucial.

Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met by assuring client with regular communication of issues or programs.

Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.

Other management responsibilities may be assigned as determined by Client or Upper Mgmt.

Assure communication of policies, company announcements and job openings through a consistently updated SOP file at each site.

Take a proactive role in communicating with the client and meeting their needs; meet with regularly, listen to issues, provide security and technical expertise and solutions. Reporting and working with other management and team players are critical.

Ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Must have Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or work experience in sales.
