Barista/counter Server


Job Summary:

Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all guests by taking orders, making recommendations when appropriate, processing payments, serving food or beverages to customers at the counter or table and dishwashing. Also, perform other duties in the areas of food and final order preparation including preparing beverages and arranging food items. The primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return.

Minimum Qualifications:

Able to communicate effectively with co-workers, management, customers, and vendors
Able to reach, bend, stoop, carry and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
Able to follow directions
Basic mathematical skills
Able to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system

Additional Skills:

Knowledge and be able to use a manual espresso machine
ServSafe Certified
This is a part-time job with approximately 5-15 hours per week, which can be a set schedule.
