Line Cook/Pizza Maker

You must have at least 1 year experience working as a line cook; pizza making experience is a plus. You need to possess a driver's license and a reliable vehicle. The restaurant is located 25 minutes east of Springfield. You must be open to working weekends and nights as well as some day hours. 15-20 hours per week to start but could develop into more hours if you fit in with the dynamics of the restaurant. You must be high energy and work well unsupervised. good communication skills are a must. 2 references are required and will be contacted.

Working on the line ( deep fryers, open flame grill, flat top )' preparing grinders, wraps and sandwiches, making pizzas and calzones. Restocking your work area with food and other needed items, slicing meats and cheeses both by hand and a slicing machine. Cleaning and restocking your station at the end of every night.
